Karl Albertson, Mattamy HomesVP of Acquisition & Entitlement, Southeast Florida DivisionKarl Albertson has been in the acquisition and entitlement side of the homebuilding industry for 22 plus years. Before joining Mattamy in September of 2023, Karl served in various roles at D.R. Horton, Inc for 22 years. Prior to entering the private sector, Karl worked for municipal and state planning agencies. Karl graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Science in Planning and a Master of Public Administration degrees.
