In strategic partnership with marine industry leaders, IRSC plans to establish a cutting-edge Marine Institute strategically located adjacent to a working waterfront in Indiantown. This initiative will proactively address the critical workforce needs of the marine industry, empowering hundreds of employers and high-demand skilled professionals. By bridging the gap between in-demand careers and a highly-skilled workforce, the Institute will drive economic growth and ensure the long-term success of the region’s vital marine sector.
