Indian River State College is hosting a hands-on workshop designed for college instructors and industry professionals who work with CNC machining. This two-day training will focus on Renishaw Process Control for Haas CNC Machines, covering essential skills in ballbar diagnostics, machine tool calibration, and advanced probing techniques.
What to Expect:

Ballbar Diagnostics & Machine Health: Live demonstrations and hands-on machine adjustments.

Cut-Measure-Cut Process Training: Learn probing and tool setting techniques on Haas machines, and how to source tools cost-effectively.

Machine Tool Calibration & Curriculum: Explore the Process Foundation, the first level of the Productive Pyramid of Manufacturing, and learn how to integrate calibration into training programs.

Advanced Concepts: Gain knowledge of 6DoF (Degrees of Freedom), CoE (Coefficient of Expansion), and correcting scaling errors electronically on Haas controllers.
