The second largest bank in the nation, Bank of America holds an estimated $2.5 trillion in domestic assets and serves 70 million clients worldwide. In this Investor Profile, we speak to Susan Rabinowitz, president, Bank of America Treasure Coast of Bank of America about their corporate values, the importance of local involvement and why the leading financial institution is so bullish on the pillars of Martin County’s economy and the prospects ahead.

For several years, Bank of America has served as presenting sponsor the BDBMC’s annual Martin County Business Awards—among the most prestigious local events of its kind.

Set for Oct. 26, the awards ceremony—which tops more than 300 attendees and has sold out for the last six years in a row—celebrates the innovators, entrepreneurs and executives whose companies and creations are impacting such vital local industries as marine, aerospace, energy, technology and national defense, to name a few.

In addition to community partnerships, Bank of America expects its team leaders to invest their time in the community and share their talent. BDBMC has certainly benefitted from Susan’s dedication and commitment. Currenting past president, she served as president of the BDBMC board of directors for more than two years, helming the organization through several key milestones, including the hiring of William Corbin, executive director.
