ADDiTEC Hosts Corporate Council

Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024

The future of additive manufacturing may also be Martin County’s future.  That’s why the BDB’s Corporate Council, led by Chairperson Trisha Hawthorne, TD Bank vice president of Commercial Banking, thought the 2023 Company to Watch award winner ADDiTEC would make the perfect location for the quarterly industry-focused Council meeting.

ADDiTEC, based in Palm City, is a leading innovator in advanced metal manufacturing by designing and manufacturing metal 3-D printers for customers worldwide. “It was a privilege to host the BDB meeting and have the opportunity to share the ADDiTEC story and vision for the future,” says Brian Matthews, CEO of ADDiTEC. “As we expand production capabilities, engaging with business leaders about the rapid evolution and opportunities of metal manufacturing is essential. Our groundbreaking technologies are set to redefine the landscape of this industry and industrial 3D printing.”

Corporate Council meetings are investor-exclusive opportunities at that level and invite leaders and related manufacturers. “Taking these meetings from the board room to an onsite industry experience hosted by a leader in the field has brought a unique perspective to our business meetings,” says Dan Hudson, BDB interim executive director, ” I can’t wait for the next one in April.”
