Inspiring the Future Workforce: Career Exploration Coming to Martin County Schools

The Martin County School District is expanding early, meaningful career exploration for elementary and middle school students—and local industry partners play a critical role in making it happen.

This year, the District is partnering with Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast to bring JA Inspire®: Explore My Future and JA Elementary Career Exploration Fairs to 13 schools across Martin County. These events will serve as the District’s primary career exploration experiences, giving students hands-on exposure to careers and industries right here in their community.

Why Industry Partner Participation Matters

Community partners help bring learning to life by:

  • Engaging students through interactive, hands-on activities

  • Sharing real-world career journeys and industry insights

  • Strengthening the local workforce pipeline

  • Demonstrating a commitment to education and community impact

Students remember the conversations, activities, and professionals who show them what’s possible—and that early exposure can shape future goals and aspirations.
